Sub-Processors — Meridian Cloud

TwelveSides Technologies Ltd ("TwelveSides") uses the following third-party sub-processors to provide and operate Meridian Cloud. This page is maintained in accordance with our Data Processing Agreement, which requires us to notify customers of changes to our sub-processor list at least 30 days in advance.

Current Sub-Processors

How We Select Sub-Processors

Before engaging any sub-processor, we conduct a thorough assessment that includes:

Evaluating the sub-processor's data protection and security practices.
Reviewing their compliance with applicable data protection laws.
Ensuring appropriate contractual protections (including a data processing agreement) are in place.
Assessing the need for and adequacy of international transfer safeguards where data leaves the UK.

Changes to Sub-Processors

In accordance with our Data Processing Agreement, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before engaging any new sub-processor or making material changes to an existing sub-processor's role. Notification will be sent via email to the address associated with your Account.

If you have concerns about a sub-processor change, you may object by contacting us at privacy@meridiancloud.tech within 14 days of receiving the notification.
